Welcome to Itinee! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at itinee.co.uk and the Itinee mobile applications for Android and iOS (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Itinee.co.uk ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, downloading our mobile application, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service & Usage Limits

Itinee provides intelligent travel day planning tools that enable users to build structured day-by-day itineraries, discover places, organise arrival times, calculate transit estimates, and receive mobile move alerts.

• Free Tier Access: The Service is currently provided to users free of charge.
• Fair Usage: To preserve platform stability and API health, free tier accounts are subject to reasonable usage caps (e.g. maximum days per itinerary and places per day).
• Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify usage limits, add new features, or introduce premium subscription options at our discretion.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Third-Party Mapping & Image Services

Itinee integrates with third-party providers including Google Maps Platform and Unsplash API. Use of mapping and routing features is subject to Google’s Terms of Service. Photos provided by Unsplash are attributed to their respective creators in accordance with Unsplash API Guidelines.

4. User Content & Public Discoveries

When you choose to publish an itinerary to the Discover gallery, you grant Itinee a non-exclusive license to display the curated itinerary title, places, and general route structure to the community. Personal place notes remain private unless explicitly created by verified editorial creators.

5. Account Deletion & Termination

You may delete your account and all associated itineraries at any time directly through the app settings or by submitting a request via our Contact Page. Upon deletion, your personal data and itineraries are permanently removed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
