Welcome to Itinee! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://itinee.co.uk and the Itinee mobile applications for Android and iOS (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Itinee (registered in the United Kingdom, operated by Alexander Pechkarev; "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, downloading our mobile application, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service & Usage Limits

Itinee provides intelligent travel day planning tools that enable users to build structured day-by-day itineraries, discover places, organise arrival times, calculate transit estimates, and receive mobile move alerts.

• Free Tier Access: The Service is currently provided to users free of charge.
• Fair Usage: To preserve platform stability and API health, free tier accounts are subject to reasonable usage caps (e.g. maximum days per itinerary and places per day).
• Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify usage limits, add new features, or introduce premium subscription options at our discretion.

2. Eligibility, Account Registration & Security

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or at least 16 years of age if you reside in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area) to create an account or use the Service. The Service is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Third-Party Mapping, Media & Social Platforms

Itinee integrates with trusted third-party service providers to deliver rich travel information:

• Google Maps Platform: Mapping, place search, autocomplete, and transit calculations are governed by the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
• Unsplash API: Destination and location imagery provided by Unsplash is attributed to its respective photographers in accordance with the Unsplash API Terms.
• Pinterest Platform: Itinee uses the Pinterest API to publish curated editorial travel itineraries and destination guide pins. Interactions with Itinee pins or boards on Pinterest are subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Itinee does not publish content on behalf of personal user accounts or request or store third-party Pinterest credentials.

4. User Content & Public Discoveries

When you choose to publish an itinerary to the Discover gallery, you grant Itinee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the curated itinerary title, places, and general route structure to the community. Personal place notes and private travel details remain confidential unless explicitly published by verified editorial creators.

5. Curated Trip Templates, Venue Information & Travel Disclaimers

Itinee provides curated trip templates, suggested travel itineraries, and venue recommendations for general informational, planning, and inspirational purposes only.

• Independent Venue Operations: Operating hours, admission fees, ticketing requirements, and visitor access policies are determined solely by independent third-party venue operators and are subject to change without notice.
• Day-Specific & Seasonal Closures: Depending on the specific day of the week, local public or bank holidays, or seasonal operating schedules (e.g. winter vs. summer hours), individual stops, attractions, or dining venues included in an itinerary template may not be open.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy or Continuity: Itinee does not warrant or guarantee that venues or stops featured in trip templates remain open, operate at listed times, exist under the same name, or remain in the same geographic location. Places may be temporarily or permanently closed, relocated, rebranded, or undergoing renovation.
• User Duty of Verification: You are responsible for independently verifying current opening days, operating hours, ticket booking requirements, and travel conditions directly with official venue channels prior to traveling.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Itinee and its operators accept no responsibility or liability for any travel disruption, missed entry, unexpected expenses, delays, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on curated trip templates or itinerary recommendations.
• Community Updates & Feedback: We actively welcome suggestions, corrections, and improvements from travelers. If you discover a closed venue, altered schedule, or relocated stop, please report it via our Contact Page so we can update our templates for the community.

6. Account Deletion & Termination

You may delete your account and all associated itineraries at any time directly through the app settings or by submitting a request via our Contact Page. Upon deletion, your personal data and itineraries are permanently removed from our active databases.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
